We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from readingspace.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with something you have bought, simply return the item(s) within 30 days for a full exchange or refund.

We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns, as we can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items and all associated manuals, accessories etc. Please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and readingspace.co.uk order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, please accept our apologies. We will refund what you paid for the item as well as any postage costs. In order for us to process your claim as quickly as possible, please email us images of the damaged item, including the delivery note and its postal packaging, within 7 days of receipt. If your item is faulty due to a printing error or physical defect, please include photos so we can check our remaining stock is not affected.
How you will be refunded
We will make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order. We are not able to make cash refunds. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement

1. Fill in the returns form that came with your receipt. Tell us why you are returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
